Important Financial Aid Dates

Financial Aid Dates and Deadlines for 2011-2012

Students attending WCC may be eligible for financial assistance through Federal, State or local programs. To be considered for priority funding, students must submit the FAFSA by March 15th and complete all other application requirements by July 1 for the following academic year. Applications completed after this date will be considered for remaining available funds.

To have financial aid determined in time for registration, the following quarter deadlines apply:

Summer Quarter 2011:
-FAFSA should be submitted by April 15
-Remaining application requirements must be done by May 16
-60% completion date August 11, 2011

For Fall Quarter 2011:
-FAFSA should be submitted by June 1st
-Remaining application requirements must be done by July 1st
-60% completion date November 8, 2011

For Winter Quarter 2012:
-FAFSA should be submitted by October 14
-Remaining application requirements must be done by November 15
-60% completion date February 19, 2012

For Spring Quarter 2012:
-FAFSA should be submitted by February 1
-Remaining application requirements must be done by March 1
-60% completion date May 17, 2012

Students attending WCC may be eligible for financial assistance through Federal, State or local programs. To be considered for priority funding students must submit their FAFSA by March 15th and complete all other application requirements by the date indicated below for the quarter in which the student will be starting their enrollment for the 2012-2013 award year. Applications completed after this date will be considered for remaining available funds.

-60% completion date is November 12, 2012

Winter Quarter 2013
-FAFSA should be submitted by October 1, 2012
-Remaining application requirements must be done by November 1, 2012
-60% completion date is March 18, 2013

Spring Quarter 2013
-FAFSA should be submitted by February 1, 2013
-Remaining application requirements must be done by March 1, 2013
-60% completion date is May 15, 2013
